CharterOak Entertainment Group is a limited partnership founded in
2002 for the purpose of artist development.
The CharterOak group of companies is focused on using its comprehensive
set of resources to provide the developing artist with everything
it needs to fulfill all of its artistic and monetary goals.
The partners in the CharterOak Group-
Studio45 is a full service recording and mastering complex founded
in 1992 and owned by record producer Michael Deming whose recent
credits include critically acclaimed albums by Lilys, Pernice Brothers,
Beachwood Sparks, Apples in Stereo, Scud Mountain Boys, Mike Ireland,
The Butterflies of Love, Aspera, and The Damn Personals just to
name a few. His discography and press, which is synonymous with

CharterOak Acoustic Devices is an importer, exporter, and manufacturing
and design house for extremely high quality audio devices. The company
has recently released is first of what will be many high quality
microphones and reverberation devices, the SA538 multi-pattern vacuum
tube condenser microphone. The product is selling in great numbers
and has been heralded by its first end users as one of the finest
microphones of its type available today. Hear the SA538 on the beautiful
orchestral scores composed and recorded by Brian Keane for the Rick
Burns New York documentary film and the ESPN documentary film on
the life of Ted Williams based on the David Halberstram book on
the subject.
CharterOak Multimedia is a full service CD duplication facility.
CharterOak Multimedia specializes in the duplication, packaging,
and shipping of all CD formats. Our in house art department can
assist artists in realizing their vision for their packaging and
sound. Our corporate department can satisfy the duplication needs
of large corporations whether it is data or other program material.
The CharterOak Entertainment Group is currently engaged in projects
with New York City artist Provan and Canadian artist The Silver
Heights from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Both have just finished exciting
new albums with producer Michael Deming. Look for these albums to
be released during the fall/winter of 2003/2004.
